Our return policy
Serum: returns are accepted only for an unopened box with its seal sticker intact, within 30 days. Once the box seal is broken, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged, leaking, wrong or lost? We replace it free.
Unopened boxes only
The Elite Elixir box is closed with a seal sticker. You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the serum price only if the box is unopened and that seal is unbroken. Please inspect the outside of the box before opening it. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping cost is not refundable. Your refund is issued to your original payment method once the sealed box arrives back with us.
Opened boxes
For hygiene and safety reasons, once the box seal is broken the product cannot be returned or refunded, even if the bottle looks unused. Please patch test before first use: apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm and wait 48 hours.
Damaged, leaking, wrong item or lost in transit
Email a photo of the box and bottle within 7 days of delivery (or tell us if tracking shows it never arrived) and we'll send a free replacement, opened or not. If you'd rather have a refund instead, just say so.
Skin reactions
Stop using the serum if you notice irritation, and see a doctor if it doesn't settle. Opened product isn't refundable, but email us: we look at every case.
Your free ebooks
If your serum is refunded, keep the ebooks. They're yours.
